Pathetic Netflorist Flowers

I would like to express my disappointment with your appalling quality and unprofessional flower arrangement that was provided for my order of flowers.

My order was for Colourful Blooms In Pink Vase which suppose to look like the picture on the Website but what was received was absolutely pathetic and I was charged R599. If I was able to upload Pictures you would be able to view what was shown and what was received was worlds apart.

I also ordered Love Nuts Tray for the same delivery address order number ********** 11 and the Pathetic Flowers where delivered but not the Nuts Tray.

Maybe Netflorist should spend less time and money on adverts and more time & money on the quality of their products being supp****.
