Pathetic NetFlorist, don’t use them!

Thank you netflorist for ruining Mother’s Day. You double charged me for one order and didn’t refund me as promised. My wife’s order was delivered twice before the stipulated date(we were away), and then not at all on mother’s day, sending me a mail to tell me the flowers had been delivered, then another to tell me no one was home so they couldn’t deliver(bull). My mother’s order in Germany wasn’t delivered either, the call centre guy told me it was because “there are no florists in Germany”. I was promised a refund and apology, to date received neither. Utterly useless ?
