Pathetic joke of service. DO NOT USE NETFLORIST

Net florist is an absolute disgusting service provider. It’s my step daughters 21st today and I ordered her a gift set. It’s now 18:44 and the gift has not been delivered. I ordered it on the 30th of June in the morning. It’s the 1st of July and nothing. How are they making occasions special if they can’t even deliver on the day of the occasion. What type of a joke service is this. There is no one to contact. No one responds to emails and the online chat service is a joke as they couldn’t even reach the hub in the uk. I wish I had never used this service. I’m so disappointed and actually sad that on the day of her birthday she hadn’t received her gift.
