Pathetic *********** ******** Staff

I ordered 30 cupcakes for my grand-daughters birthday on 8th September 2015 for DELIVERY 10/09/2015. The ******** staff saw comment that I required it for the 11/09/2015 and recalled the order when I got e-mails on the 10th saying that my order is out the building on its way...<br> Do you not go according to DELIVERY DATE.. <br> Can you not read or are you plain damn stupid. CAN YOU NOT PHONE YOUR CUSTOMER BEFORE YOU DO WHATEVER PLEASES YOU WHEN WE PAYING FOR IT!!!<br> I will NEVER order from NETFLORIST AGAIN and HAROLD MUST GO STUFF HIMSELF.<br> <br>
