Pathetic hamper and disgusting customer service

Firstly what you see on the website and what you get is completely a *******. They are terribly expensive and their gifts are not worth it. I ordered a get well soon snack hamper for a colleague who was in hospital. Thankfully I asked for it to be delivered to me and not directly to the hospital. The package arrived in a back, which was packed halfway with shavings, there were little packets of things that was definitely not worth the R609 I paid. The can of pringles was squashed....which got me thinking that can was packaged in that condition as it could have definitely not gotten squashed inside the box. The get well soon teddy bear looked deformed, as one arm was shorter than the other. The get well soon balloon looked m0re like a lollipop than a balloon because it was so tiny. I received the teddy bear still in an untidy plastic packet. I shudder to think if I had asked for it to be delivered to the hospital directly. I then called the contact centre and emailed them, and received a lovely response from a guy named Warren ****son, I was so pleased because I thought it would be sorted quickly, they would collect the gift and refund me without any hassle......little did I know what I was in for. Warren does not respond to emails, he avoids my calls. He promised me a full refund, it has been almost 3 weeks and I have not received my full refund. I have only been refunded R389,95. Warren says this is a part payment.....which makes no sense to me. I have asked Warren to send me proof of refund multiple times already and I am yet to receive a response from him. It was my first amd last time using Netflorist. Their service is absolutely pathetic, their gifts are overpriced and really not worth it. You can buy that stuff cheaper yourself. Warren ****son I am very disappointed in your poor service and inability to get back to me. I just want full refund and then I will be done with Netflorist for good.
