Pathetic flowers

To be honest, I will rather buy flowers from Woolworth. Flowers my other half received is pathetic. Compare to what I ordered is off by a mile. It's not a rose but a rose butt. For the money I paid isn't worth it. It the second time thought it will be better buy I think I'm better of buy flower from Woolworth that will last more than a month and it's a rose and not a rose butt. It's also pathetic that you don't even reply to the customer that's complaining, it shows you that netflorist is pathetic and useless. I want a refund for the ****ty flower received.
