Pathetic Empty Promises of Delivery

I placed an order on Monday 29 April 2019 at 9.26am, in the email i was promised that the order will be delivered before close of business on the Monday, at 3:01pm i recieved an email saying my order will be delayed. this is not the first time this has happened, it has happened twice in the space of 2 months. How do you promise delivery the same day and then still not deliver. it is now 13:55pm and still no delivery has been done. This is pathetic and i will not be making use of Netflorist in the future.
