Pathetic DELIVERY system!

I ordered flowers for a friends and requested it be delivered before 15:00 as she was going home earlier that day. By 15:57 she has still not received her delivery. I phoned and explained to the lady a note was on the system about the delivery time. I was informed delivery would take place before 19:00 (even though I did request and explain why it had to be delivered by a specific time). All I was told was the delivery guy is in Centurion and they can't tell me when delivery would take place. I was told Business Addresses gets delivered first - by the way my friend was at her place of work! Thank you NETFLORIST as my friend has gone home now (1 hour later than she could have) with NO FLOWERS ON HER BIRTHDAY!
