Pathetic Delivery Service

<p>I placed an order with Netflorist and requested for the delivery to be made before a specific time. The order was delivered late and was delivered the next day which resulted in the birthday gift going out late. I called and requested to speak to the Manager and to no surprise, the manager was busy on another query. My details were taken down for the manager to return my call. I was not contacted by the manager or any other staff member to address my ISSUE.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disappointed by the lack of response and the promise of same day delivery is pathetic. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with the service of Netforist!</p> <p> </p> <p>DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY!!!</p>
