Pathetic delivery service

So apparently, Netflorist doesn't knock or hoot or shout for people (because SOME people don't like it - surely you can't put ALL your customers in one basket). They trying phoning once on each number provided and then they drive away. When we called back, the agent said now the delivery will only be done tomorrow. We must call and find out if the driver left. So tell me, if the driver leaves are we the first delivery? Oh I can't answer that ma'am because there might be other deliveries before the driver comes to your house. We make plans according to the delivery and now another day is wasted. Really not great service.
