Pathetic delivery process and bad service

I have ordered a delivery for my wife on our anniversary

The flowers(ROSES) were dry and the additional items were not delivered as a package( The Balloon was missing)

When I contacted the consultant he requested picks and never got back to me

i had to send repeated emails and follow up regarding my query

He then took a while to let me know these roses are like that and the balloon will only be delivered tomorrow being 20/12/2018 ....for crying out loud my anniversary is today 19/12/2018 not tomorrow

I must say I had a very bad experience with Netflorist

I dont think I will use the service again
