Pathetic customer service from this service provider

I had ordered a gift on the site and was promised twice that it would be delivered but was delivered the next day and the wrong item was delivered which was much cheaper than what I paid for. When I advised that the wrong thing was delivered, I was told that I would have to go through a process to get the correct order, which from myside is total incompetence as I have to suffer for ordering something from the site and get the wrong product and worst of all be promised twice that it would be delivered on a specific date and still be a day late.
