Pathetic customer service because of sheer greed

I paid for 2 valentines orders to go out ON valentines day. It was never delivered. Despite me calling the call centre and the call centre agent assuring me the deliveries were cancelled, they still had the audacity to deliver both gifts the NEXT day. I even chatted with a support agrnt online and sent emails to have the orders cancelled. My Valentines Day was ruined because of Netflorist and their greed and incompetence!!! Netflorist cant keep up with orders and their employess definitely cant underatand a simple instruction. Why take so many orders if you cannot kepp up with the demand?!!! I am livid and will never support this business again!!!! And will tell my family, friends and business the same!!!!
