Pathetic Customer Service and Support from Netflorist

The most pathetic service provider ever. I had items to be sent to my gf . I had no updates till 4 pm when it stated that it was going out for delivery. Then i get an email at 8 pm stating the item could not be delivered and the address was wrong. Like really ? in this day and age google maps can take you anywhere ? I tried calling the number numerous times yesterday and no response. I must have tried over 20 times today and no response. Thanks neflorist for spoiling a day for someone special. The worst service and customer support ever. I do not recommend this service to anyone.
