Pathetic customer service

I ordered flowers and paid for it online. I waited for the flowers to be delivered all day on 23rd December. I called Net florist many times and i was told it is being delivered but never got anything.<br> The birthday was on 23rd. I call again on 24th December to be told that it was delivered to somebody...but not to my residence. I have a given a cell phone number, couldn't the person call to confirm.<br> <br> I am disappointed with your service. I should have rather just went and bought R500 worth of flowers.<br> Now i am awaiting a refund from them. You can't make up for spoiling a person's day...DISGUSTED WITH YOUR SERVICE.
