Pathetic customer care!

On the evening of delivery date, an email was sent to me to notify me that my package had been damaged and needs to be 'replaced' before delivery. The day after, the edible package is delivered with a gaping hole in it, which they tried to stick together with sticky tape. Iv sent them an email, together with photographs of the damaged product. Still no response! I am furious as this was an anniversary gift for my parents!
