Pathetic call centre, terrible service - Gift not delivered complete & Damaged

I have used Netflorest a handful of times, yesterday the 12th being the last order i will ever place with them. The service is pathetic when calling in to the call center you are on hold for several minutes, then get the joy of speaking to someone that has no clue what he is doing and ends up ****ing my call. This was all to confirm time of delivery. The delivery arrived at 15:58 and only the card is given, not the actual gift that was over R500. I again battle to speak to anyone in the call center and when i eventually get to someone they say they will have it delivered the following morning with chocolates as an apology, great the same day old gift is delivered today (13th) and the flowers are all damaged, furthermore, the box of chocolates for the inconvenience was also not delivered. what an unpleasant experience from the start.
