Pathetic

Absolutely pathetic company. Unfortunately I have used them multiple times, so that's on me, but this is the final nail in the coffin. Two items ordered at exactly the same time, two separate delivery charges... Neither item arrived on the specified day and as of writing, 1 item has been delivered without the other. They literally cannot even coordinate two packages to arrive with the same delivery vehicle. They are DRASTICALLY over priced, the "Chat Live" function on their website does not work, presumably because they don't have the staff count to keep up with the barrage of complaints they get, so they probably just disabled that. I will do my best to dissuade anyone I ever hear mention this name to not use this company. No accountability or professionalism. Just look at the 4000+ 1 star reviews and come to your own conclusion.
