Pathetic and ************* service

Its a pity that this rating doesn't allow me not to give a star. Thank you for NOT making my spouses day today. My order was placed at 9.12am this morning. Today was a special day as it is our anniversary. After enquiring with you live chat agent, it was established that my order only went out after 2pm. And to think that my wife will be leaving the office at 3.30pm. had I known this I would of purchased roses from woollies and given it to her myself. What’s sad is that there was NO indication given by your system whilst I was placing the order that it was going to delivered latest 5.30pm or after 2pm. Your service will never be utilised by me or my family and friends ever again. Clearly never made the occasion. and its a pity that I cannot cancel the order. and they don't have an enquiry/complaints email.
