Pathetic and ***** stay away from them!

They are pathetic and *****, last week Tuesday I ordered something for my sister in law who tested positive for Covid19 the delivery was supposed to be made on Saturday the 8th but it was not delivered mind you it was meant to be a surprise but they sent her an sms on the 7th of August telling her that there is a surprise delivery coming for her on Saturday “the following day” come Saturday she’s so excited waiting for her phone to ring the whole day and nothing happened when I queried it on Sunday they told me the driver couldn’t make it on time but definitely on Sunday they will deliver again waiting the whole day nothing I sent them million emails even on Monday nothing happened. Today I get a call from them telling me that the driver tried delivering on Saturday but the recipient wasn’t picking up which is just a lie cause she didn’t get any missed calls neither did I cause they would’ve called me to tell me that she’s not picking up so instead of apologizing they lie to me like I’m an idiot yet the agent I spoke to on Sunday clearly told me the driver didn’t make it on time, today is Tuesday they decide to call me and lie to me saying even yesterday they tried but she didn’t pick up yet she never had any missed calls how can they even call me to lie!
