Pathetic and disgusting service full of empty promises

Please do not use them they are terrible and inconsiderate ....i have placed 3 orders with them 1 out of 3 went through for delivery and they gave it to the neighbor on delivery....other two they had no stock but dont even bother to let you know or make another plan for you...... i was told that i would get a 100 voucher for the inconvenience which never happened the consultants say they understand your frustration but they dont really sound like they understand..when u want to speak to a manager its just lie after lie pathetic
