Pathetic and disgusting service

<p>I bought items for my best friend birthday as she simply loves the doughnut cake. </p> <p>the delivery was suppossed to come on saturday as we were working and we then planned a surprise birthday party I was then called and they advised as this is a bakery item they cant deliver on saturday can they make it Monday I then relunctantly agreed as i would then just move the surprise to Monday . </p> <p> </p> <p>Party was arrnged for the monday afternoon and guess what no delivery not a call or email to say sorry we cant deliver</p> <p>I had to call today an find out it was sent from Johannesburg only today </p> <p>i have called thrice today been asking to speak to a manager 3 times and no manager is available she is still calling me back </p> <p> </p>
