Pathetic and disgusting delivery

Really disgusted of how the Netflorist delivery guy addressed me when my gifts arrived. He called to inform me of his arrival at my residence and he rudely said "Be snappy, I haven't got all day waiting". When I tried to reprimand him as to not talk to me in that manner, he dropped the call in my ear. To add insult to injury, 2 hours later he calls again to say he forgot to deliver the second part of my gift and I had to interact with him again! A gesture of receiving gifts that was meant to be endearing was totally ruined by incompetence, unprofessionalism and arrogance. I hate Netflorist! Netflorist order number: ***
