Pathetic

The service I have received from you is absolutely disgusting. I ordered a birthday gift for a friend early on the 27th. After a while I called to check if the delivery would be made the same day. You advised that your system made an error and you had to deliver the next day. After holding for 30 minutes on the phone you still didn't even make any arrangements or attempts at fixing the issue.

The next day you go to the wrong area, I call in to see what is going on and confirm that I put in the correct address. I get told they will still deliver the same day and would call to confirm.

It is now day 3, and you're telling me you can't deliver my item. Its absolutely disgusting. This was a birthday gift and now I may as well book for next year due to your horrible service.

Your staff doesn't help, trying to speak to anyone doesn't help and currently on a 30+ minute call with you where I have been on hold waiting to speak to anyone that can assist. Pathetic service and pathetic attitudes.
