Pathetic

I bought a Netflorist voucher from Capitec. I tried making a purchase and now the voucher is not accepted. I called the call centre spoke to Sondishe’s and she’s telling me that Finance department is not available . I also reached out to their whatsapp number and they can’t help me either. I think buying the voucher was just a total ******* now I can’t use the voucher. That’s money down the drain with horrible customer service.
