Pathetic

I used to think that these guys are efficient because they always managed to deliver to places whenever I made orders, but when I had to receive an item from them it was the worst experience ever. I received notifications from Netflorist multiple times about receiving a “surprise” and it’s been a week since they had to deliver. Everytime I call them there’s an excuse about either the driver having problems, or the item being damaged and being remanufactured. It’s becoming ridiculous. It’s been a whole week without delivery. Pure incompetence!!! And every time they decide to change the delivery date I’m not even told. I don’t sit the whole day waiting for these guys. This has become an inconvenience for me.
