Pathetic

What a rip-off!!! I ordered a beautiful pink arrangement for my Nieces 18th birthday as well as a birthday card! What arrived was absolutely shocking!!!! Nothing close to what the picture advertised and the message was written on some ****py piece of paper in the worst handwriting! I will NEVER order from Netflorist again!!!
