Pathetic!!

Its a pity there are still stars on your rating system. As I would give them zero. Pathetic service, lame excuses and zero ability to manage their business. Customers place a lot of trust into an online service that is supposed to deliver results and create a WOW factor. No small amount of money goes into these special occasions and if a company has decided to make this their business there should be some pride in their ability to deliver. This is not the case for Netfloist, my order never even arrived despite the fact that the person spent the whole day waiting for it to come. Is that the way to spend your Birthday???. I think not. Judging by the poor service that has been written about on this site, it seems to be a norm instead of a once off. Pathetic!!
