PATHETIC

Wish I can hive sero starts. They talk the talk but don’t walk the walk. They can’t do the basics right and that is to drliver on time!!!! Extremely dissapointed with PATHETIC service. Can’t trust the delivery date you choose when placing the order because all 3 packages and I send arrived daaaaays later. It is a constant battle of checking up where your parcel is, phoning them, emailing them just to suddenly be told that the adress is wrong which is a lie cause they have deliverd at the exact same adress before!! And forget to “spoil mom and dad” because their couriers do not deliver over weekends while mothers and fathers day are on Sundays! So so dissapointed
