Pathethic - Shame on you Harold!

On the 25th January 2021, I ordered via their website, Red Roses with Diamantes in a white Vase

Delivery was for the 27th January 2021 - Payment went through, delivery was done as promised. The product was for my wife's birthday.

When I saw the product, I was a little taken-aback, As what I ordered for was not what was delivered. I immediately called the number provided ands was assisted by Olwethu, who asked for a picture of the delivered product . I emailed the picture of the product to Olwethu who received the email and confirmed that, indeed it was not what was ordered.

Olwethu advised, that a replacement will be done the very same day (27.01.2021) and the incorrect product taken back.

28.01.2021 Olwethu called to advise that the replacement cannot be done as they were out of stock of long stem roses and has no idea when stock will arrive, and if I am willing to wait. I rep****, No I cannot wait, as my wife's Birthday is over. Olwethu then advised, In that case we will fully refund you. I asked, What happens to the delivered product in my possession? To which, the answer was, For the inconvenience, keep it as a gift from Netflorist and we will refund you.

04.02.2021 - I called Netflorist, to enquire about my refund. The call was answered by Bridget, who questioned the replacement - To which there was none. Bridget then requested for my bank details to effect a refund.

All well thus far, until I received a call later in the day (1.25pm), from Bridget, to enquire yet again about the replacement - Again I answered no replacement was received. She then rep**** that she will process the refund as she did receive my bank details.

A few minutes later around 1.30pm, Bridget called back to say - We will have to pick up the incorrect order in order to process the refund thereafter.

I'm no botanist, or a Harold, but common sense must prevail. Roses wilter, as do many other fresh organisms, Yet Netflorist, insists on fetching roses. I offered the vase.
