Pathethic Service - Surprise Delivery Ruined.. Not Sameday

<p>Netflorist is by far the most pathethic service provider out there. They do not deliver on their brand promise, they do not care whether they do or not and they do not care about surprises. They sell a service of giving somthing nice to others, to celebrate special events and to create surprises but they cant even get a delivery right.</p> <p>I ordered a surprise delivery on the 1st of February for delivery on the 3rd of February. No surprise that the delivery never arrived. and no one called from Netflorist to say why... I called them about 6 times and they just dont care. They even promised to call me back and never did. There is nothing they can do, is the answer i get - thank goodness they are not in the business of emergency services otherwise they will be responsible for many lives lost.</p> <p>Absolute pathethic service - wil never use them again. So annoyed, so angry. The point of delivery is ruined. Thank you Netflorist..</p>
