Parcel still not delivered

i ordered 2 x hampers for my customer only one was delivered and I phoned x 2 times now from yesterday and holding for 10 min at a time and still cant give me answers.<br> The worse part is that both hampers was for the same customer in the same office and only one got the hamper and the other one nothing????
