Parcel missing in George, lies and no feedback

I ordered a gift to be delivered on Monday 18 November, in George - specifically stating on the website NATIONWIDE. Later I was told that a 3rd party courier is used as there is no hub in George. I can only assume then that George is not included in being NATIONWIDE? Now, the parcel, which was a birthday gift, is still not delivered. I have spoken to 4 different call centre agents, I am not allowed to have the contact details of RAM who is the courier, and I was told that they could not do the delivery yesterday, as the security of the estate would not let them in. I have just confirmed with the said security company that no RAM courier was there yesterday, and that they will definitely call the owner of the stated address. So now, I am being **** to, I am out of my money and my gift is not delivered. THIS IS NOT ON!! Also when calling the call centre and things get heated, they simply cut off your call. I should have came here to read reviews before ever even thinking I could send a special birthday gift with this PATHETIC SERVICE!!
