Parcel left without owner not being in the premise

For the 1st time i decided to use Netflorist and gosh im sooo disappointed... i placed an order to be delivered yesterday 11th of April 2016 and placed orderjust before 10.00am hoping it will arrive to its destination at about 13.00 or 14.000. Instead i had to be calling them to find out how far are they and eventually when the driver gets to the location he then leaves the flowers with someone else instead of the recipient mentioned on the delivery note. I then call to find out how does the driver leave the parcel with someone else i get told that its because he had other deliveries????? Woooow!! I am not impressed because my girlfriend did not even receive her flowers and chocolate and i have already paid for the flowers so what now?
