Parcel delivered to a wrong person

we ordered a bunch of flowers which was then delivered to the wrong person, despite them having a contact number for the person receiving a gift. We sent a complaint and we were given a name and a cellphone numbers of the person who collected it. The number goes back to voicemail when we call. We asked for the contacts of a person who delivered and we never got it. This was the worst experience for us....
