paid for something i did not recieve

on 05 may 2015 made on oder on flowers with chocolate and flowers to be delivered to someone in centurion. made the payment and all. I get a call that the balloon that i had selected was not there so i got a different one.<br> This morning I called the recipient and guess what? no chocolates so I've paid all that money and missing goods and i call Net-florist to find out how this happened and I'm put on hold for over 10 min, managed to talk to someone who wasn't able to help me and further put me on hold til I was cut off. still waiting to be called back. <br> I should have bought flowers at pik n pay for R80 and delivered them myself... hassle free. now I know for next time. <br> I'm just tired of spending my hard earned money on such...<br> <br> Thank you
