Paid and received nothing

I placed and order, credit card has been charged and then I get nothing. I emailed, I Tweeted, I FB messaged and still no response. I emailed the CEO [Email Removed] and still nothing.<br> This is a ********** company, I will be getting my bank involved. <br> DO NOT USE NETFLORIST!!!
