Package never delivered on time
I placed an order on the 10 February to be delivered on the 14 February. It was no delivered to date. Everytime I call to find out where the package it, no one can give me any information. All I get told is that it's with the driver. They don't know who thr driver is or where he is.
Service is just pathetic.

15 Feb 2022, 11:31I had to to call the call center, they informed me that the package will be delivered tomorrow the 16 February and if I would like to cancel the order for a refund they will charge me a cancelation fee.
Even though I placed the order on the 10 February and they didn't have drivers to assist with delivery
