Package looks terrible

<p>I ordered online for the first time on 25th Nov 2016, for my bf so that they could deliver a customised box chocalates with a message, this was supposed to be delivered on 30th Nov 2016, it only came 01 dec 2016 as they had the wrong address never the less that could still slide when the package came it was soaking wet the box was just wrapped in gift wrapping i felt so ashamed when my bf opened it the choclated was melted even i took pictures and emailed them no reply, on the 02 Dec 2016 i phoned them to ask them about my email so that the package can be changed as no one will be eating the choclates because it was wet and melted, the lady told me they will send another package, monday 05 Dec 2016 i phoned to follow up on the order the lady told me she could not allocate my order as she did not have an order number like really how can you not have an order number or atleast phone the customer back to get the order number, well then she said she will send another package and that the old discusting one back on 06 Dec 2016, well Today i phoned to follow up when the package will be here guess what it is scheduled to leave for today (16h00 was when i phoned ) i spent 13 min on the phone just to be told it will be today well we are closing at 5pm then she said if it is not today it will be tomorrow useless i tell you no one is phoning you back their customer service suck never again will i order anything this was the first and last time NEVER AGAIN i should have read the reviews first. im so disgusted and angry if the order is not here by tomorrow morning i will be demanding my money back and they can come collect this disgusting package they send me to see if they will acept a gift like that. They dont even deserve one star worst service i recieved!!!!!! </p>
