Overcharged and no Feedback

<p>I was overcharged for bouquet i ordered i then called in and spoke to Colin he said he will arrange a refund.</p> <p>The next day i called and spoke to Magotos to check if there is info about the refund on the system nothing was done.</p> <p>I then e-mailed a supervisor Nico and still no response. Incorrect balloon was delivered the vase looks like a jar and not even a vase. I am very disappointed by the service and the none response even from a supervisor this query\</p> <p>is running since the 1 June and still no feedback.</p>
