Over Promise & Underdeliver

<p>I am really not happy with the order I placed yesterday,</p> <p> </p> <p>Please see the picture attached of the old flowers delivered to my wife on our anniversary.</p> <p> </p> <p>The flowers were old and not up to standard. It’s a waste of my money and time spent with NET FLORIST.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want a full refund and fresh flowers deliver to my wife, this really put a damper on our special occasion.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you NET FLORIST that you OVER PROMISE and UNDER DELIVER.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please sort this out as this is unacceptable and not what I expected from such a reputable company.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please respond soonest as I will take this further.</p>
