Over promise, under deliver

My wife has always recommend NetFlorist and so when she placed the Christmas gift order with her she was yet again very happy until they sent her an SMS to say they will be delivering a surprise to her the 17/12 needless to say nothing was delivered and she emailed them at *** numerous times without any response, I truly think this is a overpriced company that does not care about their customers
