Over promise and under deliver

Netflorist advertise for weeks before valentines day to come to them for awesome deals etc. But then on the day they are understaffed to meet these demands. I waited 21mins before an agent answered the call centre. Now my wife is expected to stay at the office until way after 17h00 for the delivery. So the plans we had for valentines day must now be canceled as my wife needs to wait for netflorist to over promise and under deliver when it suites them. This is unacceptable, especially on a special day like valentines day. They are probably printing money on a day like this, so they can surely afford to hire more staff to meet the demands or stop orders to be placed when there capacity is reached. This is not on Netflorist.
