Outstanding Service for Ndombi

<p>This morning I made a call to the centre as I had just placed quite a critical order which had to be delivered before 3-4pm as the person it was being delivered to would have left already. I called Ndombi and she turned my day into something bright, she assisted me by saying as soon as the order had been assigned to a driver that she would advise on the urgency of time. She called me to confirm that the order would be delivered by lunch time and at 12h10 i received an sms to say my order was delivered. THANK YOU for such great service, it certainly is a breath of fresh air to still find great service, where the customer really counts. GOLD STAR FOR NDOMBI</p>
