Outstanding customer service

Netflorist is simply the best, have been using them quite often, and again today made the day of someone special. I needed flowers delivered before 13h00 and although they transparently indicate on their site that that they cannot guarantee delivery, I gave them a call to make a delivery before 13h00, held on for a couple of minutes while the call centre agent contacted the driver. And no surprise she confirmed the driver will immediately make his way to deliver my order, and sure enough within 15 minutes the delivery arrived to make someone's 50th birthday so much more special. Thank you Netflorist, as always, you exceeded all expectations, you truly know what world class service means, that's why I will continue using your service.
