Our experience with Netflorist was appalling!

I am utterly disgusted at the lack of customer service received by Netflorist.

My husband and daughter tried to surprise me with a Mother's Day gift from Netflorist, only to have my Mother's Day ruined by Netflorist instead. We will NEVER use Netflorist again! And I will certainly not continue to use them for corporate gifts either!
