Ordering the gifts was a huge problem

I was happy with the overall gifts, the flower was perfect and the personalised travelling mug was perfect, the picture was nice.

Though the gifts were perfect, the process of ordering them was bad. I struggled to order using their app which I had registered myself for but still most items were not available. I had to literally go online and order what I wanted even though I had downloaded the app because what I wanted could not reflect on the app yet online it’s available. The app Was just horrible, can you please fix it. Another thing that I found was a bit unfair was that I had ordered two gifts going to the same person on the same day, though I had to pay for delivery fees separately, even though the discount was there, I just feel like if the gifts are going to one person, they should just add them to one basket and I pay the delivery fee only once. But the final product were perfect and my friend loved them, you just need to fix the ordering part.
