Ordered the 2de feb for delivery the 12th feb

We ordered the 2de feb to be delivered the 12th feb and all we got is empty promises and the all of a sudden we dont answer the phone then today oh we dont deliver there for nationwide place bull dust that was the first and last order by them we asked for or money back it was over a R1000
