Ordered 24 roses for R399-99 send me 12 roses

On the 16th of February 2016 my husband ordered me 24 roses from Netflorist for delivery on the 22nd of February for R399-99 plus R70-00 for delivery.<br> I received only 12 tiny short stem roses on the 22nd.<br> They said on the date of order the flowers were more expensive so that is what they have send me.<br> I say if they advertise 24 roses for R399-99 on the 16th they must deliver it, otherwise they must change their website daily to change the price of the flowers.<br> I think it is ridiculous to pay R399-99 for 12 such small rose and are not satisfied with their answer.<br> My husband asked my son to order it for him and I can't see that both of them would have the amount of roses or the price wrong.<br> I am not satisfied at all!!!.<br> .
