Order was Not Value for Money

I placed an order yesterday for a bunch of Kenyan Cluster Roses and a vase. For the price I paid and for what got delivered, it feels like it was really not good value for money. The vase looks pathetic, and cheap. Which it probably is. The roses are really small/short and together the package really leaves me feeling unhappy. My order/item number was ***. I am a regular user of Netflorist but after yesterday I will need to reconsider my options.
